What we can help with
We read every message. The things we are best placed to deal with:
- Wrong facts on our pages. If we have mistated a number, a provider count or a licence number, tell us. Our review of Duel cites 2,464 games from 23 providers, the Anjouan licence ALSI-202411026-FI1, and a launch date of 18 July 2025. If any of that is off, we want to know.
- Outdated country status. Our restricted countries page lists the roughly 30 territories the Duel terms ban by name, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Australia. Terms change. If you have seen newer wording at the operator, send it.
- Broken links or dead pages. Point us at the link and say what you saw instead.
- Questions about this site. How we reach our verdicts, what we measure, what we do and do not test. Ask, and we will answer in plain terms.
What we cannot help with
We are a review site, not the operator. We have no access to accounts, balances, bets, documents or payment records at Duel, and we cannot move, approve or reverse anything. We cannot verify your identity, chase a withdrawal, restore a closed account or read a file you send us.

How fast we answer
We aim to reply within two working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count. Corrections get priority and are usually handled sooner.
We do not publish a claim until we have checked it against the operator's own pages. That means the terms, the game lobby and the payment screens at duel.com, plus the licence register entry for Immortal Snail LLC, registration L22982. If we cannot verify a point on a source we can see on the day, we leave it out rather than guess.
