Privacy on this site

This page explains what loadopsai.com does with your data. It is short because there is very little to explain. This is an independent review site, not Duel, and nothing you do at Duel ever passes through it.

Who holds what

Duel is run by Immortal Snail LLC (Charlestown, Nevis, registration L22982) under Anjouan licence ALSI-202411026-FI1. It launched on 18 July 2025 and it operates duel.com with its own privacy policy. Any account you open, any deposit you make across its 23 networks, any ID check triggered at €5,000 lifetime deposits or a first withdrawal — that data stays with them. It never reaches this website.

I, Tyler Marsh, have no access to any of it. I cannot see your balance, your bets or your identity documents. I don't want to.

What this site does record

The server keeps standard logs: IP address, requested page, browser string and timestamp. Those are retained for 30 days, then dropped. They exist to fix breakage and to count unusual traffic spikes, nothing else.

Pageviews are counted anonymously by Yandex Metrika. It tells me that a guide was read 4,200 times last month; it does not tell me who read it. The "Play at Duel" buttons carry a click counter, which records that a link was followed and which page it sat on. I use those numbers to work out which pages earn their keep.

Cookies

You can refuse all three through your browser settings. The site still reads; only the counters go quiet.

Corrections and deletion

If you want a log line or a message you sent removed, write to [email protected] and state the date. I act on it and confirm. Log entries older than 30 days are already gone, so the request mainly covers correspondence.

If you came here while deciding whether to play at all, read the responsible gambling notes, the 18+ position and the list of countries Duel turns away — the United States among them, along with the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Australia.
